Limited Warranty

We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date.

Battery packs are covered for 12 months against failure to charge or to hold a charge under normal use.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and to a product bought new from qrachicshop.com. It does not transfer if the product is resold.

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, dropping or impact
• Damage caused by modification, unauthorized repair, or parts that were not supplied or approved for the product
• Damage caused by improper storage, charging or use, including charging outside the voltage and temperature ranges in the instructions
• Normal wear, cosmetic wear, and consumable parts
• Damage caused by water, sand, salt or other environmental exposure beyond what the instructions allow
• Products bought from a third party or a reseller
• Commercial or rental use beyond normal personal use

If a valid claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price, at our option and to the extent permitted by law.

If we replace the product, the replacement may be new or equivalent to new. The replacement carries the remainder of the original 12-month period, or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.

We pay return shipping for a valid warranty claim. If the claim is not covered, we will tell you why and return the product to you.

2. Describe the fault and include photos or a short video.
3. We reply within 1 business day with the next step. Do not ship the product before you receive a return authorization and the return address.
4. We inspect the product and tell you whether the claim is approved.

Do not mail back a damaged or swollen battery. Contact us first for handling instructions.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. If a mandatory law gives you a right that is greater than this warranty, that law prevails.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
