Terms of Service

Qrachic is operated by LIBRUS CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered address at RM 70, 7/F, Woon Lee Commercial Building, 7-9 Austin Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. You can reach us at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then, we may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.

Products are sold for personal use. We may limit quantities and cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $30 per order within the contiguous United States, as set out in the Shipping Policy. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address in states where we are required to collect it. We do not add card surcharges or handling fees beyond the shipping charge shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe under our Payment Policy. We do not store your card number.

Processing times, delivery estimates, the service area and risk of loss are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns. Returns are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item. Email us first at [email protected]; we will send a return authorization and the return address. Do not send a return before you receive the authorization.

Limited warranty. We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date. Battery packs are covered for 12 months against failure to charge or to hold a charge under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, improper storage or charging, normal wear, unauthorized repair, or use of parts that were not supplied or approved for the product.

To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video. We will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price, at our option and to the extent permitted by law. We pay return shipping for a valid warranty claim. The full terms are in the Limited Warranty.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes may vary between screens. Images may show accessories that are not included; the "What's in the box" list on the product page controls what ships.

Read the instructions supplied with the product before assembly or use. Do not modify the product or use parts that were not supplied or approved for it. Powered equipment and lithium batteries must be stored, charged and disposed of as described in the instructions. Do not mail back a damaged or swollen battery; contact us first.

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and other content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content on our site, in email and in advertising. Do not post content that is false, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights; we may remove it.

The Qrachic name, logo, site design and copy belong to us or are licensed to us. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

Except for the express Limited Warranty in Section 4, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are sold "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of use.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. This section does not limit your rights under the Limited Warranty or the Refund and Returns Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Mandatory rights floor. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory law of the state or country where you live. If such a law gives you a right that these Terms do not, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

Informal resolution. Before bringing a claim, email us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for us to try to resolve it.

If we cannot resolve the dispute, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protections described above.

Business buyers. If you buy for business use, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us about the site and your orders. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
