Questions about privacy go to [email protected]. We sell to customers in the United States.

What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, account details, order details, messages you send us, and reviews or photos you post.

Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and the card brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.

What we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser, the pages you view, and cookies.

To process and ship orders, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your messages, and send order emails.

To send marketing emails if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how the site is used, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Only what is needed to run the store: Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, Google for analytics, Cloudflare for security and delivery, our US warehouse and shipping carriers for delivery, and our hosting provider. We also share information when the law requires it.

We do not currently sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies for the cart, checkout, login and security. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the store.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the store still works for ordering. We do not currently use the Meta Pixel. If we add advertising cookies later, we will update this page first.

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account and marketing data until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. Reviews until you ask us to remove them. Analytics for the period set in Google Analytics.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can block cookies in your browser. We respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS and Stripe for payments. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

The store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the current version; if a change is significant, we will post a notice on the site.
